Dr. John Russo is a 1986 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he also earned his B.S. degree.  He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and the Central Jersey Optometric Society.  He was a staff optometrist at HIP of New Jersey and Pinnacle Medical Group before joining Allied Vision Services in 1999.  Prior to becoming an optometrist, he was a certified respiratory therapist. Dr. Alexander McGowan is a 1985 graduate of the University of Scranton where he earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry.  He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1990. Dr. McGowan is a member of the American Optometric Society, the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and he is the past President of the Central Jersey Optometric Physicians Society. She is widely experienced in ocular disease, contact lenses, pediatrics, and binocular vision/vision therapy, having completed her clinical externships across the northeast. She is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, American Optometric Association, National Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Sandra Hardy Tubito graduated from The City University of London, UK, with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Optometry and Visual Science. After completing her Internship at the Institute of Optometry in London, she moved to the USA and obtained her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1989. Dr. Tubito first joined Allied Vision Services, Flemington in 2005. In 2008 her husband had an opportunity to work in Ireland and so the family lived there for three years. She resumed working for Allied Vision in 2011 on her return to the USA Dr. Tubito is a member of VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) and has travelled to South and Central America with a team of Optometrists and other volunteer staff providing eye exams to those without access to eye care. Dr. Tubito is a long time resident of Flemington where her children attended the local schools.
