Dr. Stout is highly regarded in the eye care community for his exceptional skills and expertise. Born and raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia, he pursued his passion for science and medicine by earning a Summa Cum Laude degree in Chemistry/Pre-Med.
His journey in optometry led him to the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he further developed his knowledge and honed his skills. Through internships at Charleston, WV, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Huntington, WV, Dr. Stout has gained valuable experience that he brings to our practice. His commitment extends beyond patient care.
He has served as a consultant for ocular pharmaceutical companies and contact lens laboratories, contributing to advancements in the field of optometry. Due to his dedication to his patients and the field, he has been honored with a Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Stout plays a crucial role in upholding the standards of optometry practice in West Virginia.
He serves on the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Optometry. With his expertise in treating anterior segment disease and severe dry eye disease, as well as his personalized approach to care, he is highly trusted by both his patients and peers.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology from West Liberty State College, she obtained her doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Mancini's post-graduate year at the Huntington VA Medical Center focused on diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, enhancing her ability to provide customized care.
As a member of the West Virginia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Dr. Mancini takes a comprehensive approach to her profession.
