She earned her Bachelor of Science at McGill University and her optometry degree at the University of Waterloo. In 1995 she completed a postgraduate program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, specializing in ocular health and glaucoma.
Dr. Kerzner is passionate about medical innovation and serves as the Clinical Optometric Director at TLC, The Laser Centre, Toronto, which provides laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and keratoconus treatments. She has lectured extensively about pre and post-operative eye care and is a member in good standing of the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
