Dr. Robin Blank, O.D.
Dr. Robin Blank is a native of South Dakota and a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Illinois College of Optometry, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree. He takes a special interest in eye care as a primary care field of service for families, dry eye care, and contact lens fittings, especially for people who have difficulty wearing contact lenses.
Dr. Blank has been in practice for over 22 years and shares that depth of experience with his patients in the Peoria/Glendale area. Dr. Blank is married and a father of two sons and a daughter. When not in the office, he enjoys sports, music, movies, and his dog, Pooka.
Dr. Chelsea Farnsworth, O.D.
Dr. Chelsea Farnsworth received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, where she majored in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on genetics, cell, and developmental biology. She attended graduate school at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, AZ, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree.
During her clinical rotations, she received training in primary care, low vision, binocular vision disorders, specialty contact lenses, electrodiagnostic evaluations, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and pre- and post-operative care for LASIK and cataract surgery patients.
