Dr. Jessica Bailin grew up in the Castle Pines community before attending the University of Puget Sound for her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry where she received specialty training in pediatrics and vision therapy.
During Optometry school, she received her student fellowship from the American Academy of Optometry, was an active member of her class board, and was able to complete an additional externship at the Las Vegas Low Vision Institute. Dr. Bailin had the opportunity to complete rotations at Cedars Sinai Beverly Hills, the VA in Northwest Tucson, and the University Eye Center LA. It was there that she honed her skills in contact lens fitting, treatment of ocular disease, and fluent Spanish examinations.
Dr. Bailin is happy to be back living in Colorado and has enjoyed being a member of the Colorado Optometric Association and on the board of the Denver Metro Optometric Society. On the weekends, you will find her working on home projects with her husband and going on adventures with her dog Wally.
Dr. Mary Killian received her Bachelor’s of Arts from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and her Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in optometry school her favorite part was assisting at the Special Olympics Opening Eyes vision exams.
In her free time Dr. Killian loves to read, ski and spend time with her family, friends and her dog, Oliver. Dr. Killian is a passionate fan of all Boston sports but can be found cheering on her new home teams here in Colorado.
A Colorado native, Emma Lundien, O.D. is happy to be practicing in her beautiful home state. She is a 2016 graduate of Pacific University’s College of Optometry and alumni of the University of Northern Colorado, where she proudly participated in the Pride of the Rockies Marching Band. While in optometry school, she had the opportunity to provide care to rural areas of Guatemala on two separate occasions. Dr. Lundien is passionate about providing high-quality care for patients of all ages and tries to take a holistic approach to how she practices. Her dedication to optometry is apparent in her involvement in the community outside of the office. She has participated in Von’s Vision, a charity developed by Von Miller of the Denver Broncos to help provide eye care to children in need. She also dedicates time serving on various committees of the Colorado Optometric Association. When Dr. Lundien is not caring for her patients, she spends time hiking, bike riding, discovering new restaurants, and cheering on the Broncos.
