Dr. Sud was born in Toronto, ON and grew up in Brampton. He graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours BSC degree. His interest in the ocular system stemmed from the fact that he found the brain function and its workings fascinating. In 2001, Dr. Sud graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry and was part of Beta Sigma Kappa for Academic Excellence. He has a special interest in Myopia Management, Dry Eye Disease Management, as well as in Low vision and patients who are visually impaired. In his spare time, Dr. Sud loves to spend time with his wife and three children, watching movies, and playing and watching hockey.

Dr. Jafferji is passionate about helping patients with eyelid and ocular surface issues, including dry eyes and blepharitis. He believes in the importance of routine eyelid care and visual hygiene to maintain optimal eye health. Inspired by his uncle, a physician, and a life-changing volunteer experience at an eye camp in Tanzania, Dr. Jafferji decided to pursue optometry to make a difference in people’s lives. He is committed to clear communication, patient comfort, and educating patients about maintaining healthy vision.
Dr. Komal Angra completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and her degree in Optometry at Aston University in Birmingham, United Kingdom; where she is board certified. She is a graduate of the International Optometric Bridging Program as certified by the Canadian Examiners in Optometry. Her passion for eyes began at an early age. Having worn corrective glasses since the age of six, she can remember visiting the optometrist and being fascinated by the equipment. Over the years this quickly grew into a future career goal. She is proud to be working in the community where she grew up. Dr. Angra provides vision care to all ages and has a keen interest in preventative eye health and vision therapy. From a young age, Dr Simran Grewal has had a passion for health care and serving her community. She completed her Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences with distinction from Mcmaster University. She then went on to Aston University to complete her Optometry Degree, all the while gaining valuable clinical experience at the Oxford Eye Hospital and various highstreet practices.
She has completed an externship program in Hyderabad, India where she was able to observe a broad array of pathology within the Glaucoma, Cornea, Prosthetics, Retina and pediatric Clinics.
She has also volunteered in Ayacucho, Peru and Punjabi, India where she was able to work in health services, including primary clinics/eye camps in rural villages to tertiary clinics in Urbanized areas.
Dr Grewal is Board certified to practice Optometry in both the United Kingdom and Canada. She was practicing in her hometown of Mississauga, but is currently practicing in the city of Brampton where she is co-partner of Brampton Vision Centre.
Dr Grewal remains active in her community by serving as the Clinical Director for the vision sector of Special Olympics, where she has gained vast knowledge in working with youth and adults with physical and cognitive challenges.
She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and when the need arises is able to perform examinations at Long term Care Facilities and Residential homes. Dr Grewal has special interests in ocular nutrition, dry eye treatment, myopia control and speciality contact lens fitting (including rigid gas permeable lenses and scleral lenses for Keratoconus.
She is an active member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
Dr Grewal has a passion for outdoor activities- in her spare time she enjoys hiking, cycling and travelling - recently some of her travels have taken her to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro!
Brampton Vision Centre
Dr. Kirk Narayansingh has been practicing optometry for over 30 years and has built strong, long-lasting relationships with his patients, many of whom he has cared for since the start of his career. He specializes in complex cornea cases and fitting specialized contact lenses, including scleral lenses for keratoconus patients. Dr. Narayansingh is passionate about using his expertise to help patients improve their vision, and he enjoys making a personal connection with people of all ages. He values clear communication and trust, ensuring his patients feel well-cared for and informed at every visit.
Dr. Arvinder Brar is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them maintain optimal eye health. With a particular focus on managing ocular diseases like glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, Dr. Brar enjoys the intellectual challenge and the opportunity to improve his patients’ quality of life. He is dedicated to providing clear, patient-centered care and believes in the power of early detection and prevention to protect vision. Outside of his practice, Dr. Brar enjoys educating patients about the importance of regular eye exams and maintaining healthy habits for overall well-being.
Dr. Jaspreet Boparai graduated from IAUPR School of Optometry. Prior to that she completed her BSc. Honors from the University of Guelph. After living away from home for the past few years, Dr. Boparai is excited to practice in her hometown of Brampton. Dr. Boparai did her externship rotations in New York City, Washington DC, and various specialty clinics across Puerto Rico.
During school, she volunteered through Lions Club and performed eye exams in remote areas of Puerto Rico. Dr. Boparai was a part of Remote Access Medical USA and provided eye exams in distraught areas of Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria.
One of her most memorable and most valuable learning experiences was a volunteer mission trip to Monte Criste, the Dominican Republic where she and her colleagues performed eye exams and provided glasses for over 450 patients. Dr. Boparai was born in Toronto and raised in Brampton, Ontario. She received her first pair of eyeglasses when she was 9 years old and since then she was intrigued by the field of optometry.
Dr. Boparai lives in Brampton, with her parents, grandparents, sister, and her dog, Mickey. She likes to travel, read, explore new places, and attend hot yoga classes. Dr.Boparai is able to perform eye exams in Punjabi, Hindi, and Spanish.
Dr. Pupinder is passionate about educating patients and improving their eye health. With a particular interest in working with patients who require specialized care, like cataract surgery and scleral lens fitting, he enjoys seeing the positive impact of treatment, especially when patients experience life-changing improvements in their vision. Dr. Pupinder is dedicated to advocating for the field of optometry, pushing for broader scope of practice to offer more comprehensive care. He also values building strong relationships with his patients, making sure they feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Hi! My name’s Dr. Bassi. I graduated from Southern California College of Optometry, and recently moved back to my hometown Brampton. I have diverse clinical experience, working with geriatric, pediatric, ocular disease and low vision patients. I am excited to provide patient care and promote ocular health to the patient community at both Brampton and Mississiaga Vision Centres.
