Dr. Erika Fisher graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. After graduating in 1993, she returned to her home state of Florida where she has been practicing for over 20 years in the Jacksonville area. Dr Fisher specializes in hard to fit contact lenses. She loves working with her patients providing them the utmost care with all their eye care needs. Dr Fisher enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Dr. Gerald Fisher graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1993. Dr. Gerald Fisher is from Kentucky and has made St. Johns his home for over 20 years. He loves working with his patients, young and old, giving them the best care with the latest products and technology. He specializes in fitting contact lenses for those patients suffering from irregular corneas due to keratoconus or as a result of failed refractive surgeries. The advancements made in scleral lens technology has meant much better results for these patients. In his spare time Dr. Fisher enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Dr. Madeline Dau is a Jacksonville area native, returning to the area after graduating from University of Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, in 2015, where she went on medical mission trips to provide free eye exams in under-served areas in Jamaica, Belarus, Belize, and Colombia with other SCO students. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Optometric Society, Florida Optometric Society, and American Optometric Society.
Dr. Samantha Kawa, originating from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, grew up in a small surburb called Plum. She has been in practice for over 10 years as a primary care optometrist. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Vision Science after earning her Bachelors in Science from Clemson University in 2008. During that time, she was the recipient of several awards including Ocular Disease Clinical Honors from Aker Kasten Eye Surgery Center in 2011 and Primary Care Clinical Honors from Ophthalmology Consults & Center for LASIK in 2011. She now enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at the beach or practicing yoga.
Dr. Kiah Williams is a St. Johns native, who’s been in practice since 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Chemistry and Biology from Florida State University and graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Williams is a primary care Optometrist and believes in being well versed in all aspects of Optometry. She has a strong passion in diseases of the eye and specialty contact lenses. Since returning to the Jacksonville area with her husband, she spend the weekends wrangling their 5 month old, Georgia, and black labrador, Lexington, and exploring all that Jacksonville has to offer. From the beaches to Avondale, there isn’t an area she hasn't been adventuring in.
